Bridget's eyes glanced around her as she walked into the empty barn. The place was deserted, and a little creepy to. She walked around the area and to each stall. She then found a storage area. She opened the cupboard and found an old black saddle with white spots on it. It was pretty. Bridget took it out and examined it carefully.

She sat outside the old barn, just thinking. She usually went there when she was bored, or needed to clear her mind. Suddenly, she heard rustenling inside the barn. Was it a horse? She had seen horses there plenty of times, giving birth. She silently stood up and crept to the door. Peeking inside, she spotted a girl. She quietly walked up behind her. "What are you doing?"

Bridget jumped as she saw a girl come in. "You scared me." She said, she put the saddle back and said "I'm just looking, i'm sorta new here, moved here yesterday. What are YOU doing here?"

"I always come here, just to think, but I don't mess with things." She said, glancing at the saddle to make sure it was unharmed. She liked this barn and everything in it the way it was. She didn't like people messing around in it, even though she had no idea who owned it.

As Morning Sun slowly creeped around the side of the barn, her hoofs lightly touching the ground, she heard the sound of humans. As soon as she rounded the corner, she smelled them too. Taking a step she stood right outside the barn doors. As loud as she could, she whinnied. Her baby, Kelipso, who was standing right next to her, shied at her mother's ferious whinnining and ran around to the back of the barn.

Bridget turned hearing a whinny. She carefully tiptoed over to where the whinny was heard and saw a horse. She stopped. She didn't know if she should leave the horse alone or not.

Phoenix 4-beated towards the barn. He sensed a spirit and went to investigate. Spotting a human he whinnied loudly and watched from the protective shadow of the swaying emerald trees. Immpatiently he stabbed the ground with a heafty titanium. His tassles swished away the pesky flies.

Her fear amused him. He whinnied again for good measure, and crept forwards a few feet, but still making sure he was under the shadows. His orbs watched them, and his auds perked at the first sound. He slowly sat down but as soon as the girl stepped a centimetre closer he jumped to his feet, ready to attack if necissary.

Morning Sun walked. lightly across the ground, towards the stallion. Whinnying towards him, she bowed her head and bent her front knee to him, showing respect. She turned her head towards her foal and whickered to him that her should leave now.

Bridget didn't like the male horse. She noticed that the mother mare and her foal we're leaving. She frowned, sad to see them go.

Phoenix hopped straight onto his heafty titaniums and bore razor sharp ivories. Seeing her bow in respect he paused. No one had ever shown him respect. Instead of lashing out with his front pillar he stood up slightly tilting his crown. His whipcord froze in mid strike.

He snorted, stamping a hoof. Watching them with cold eyes, he traced their every move. He spotted the girl and visciously snarled at her. His mane blew softly in the wind and the sun rested on his two-toned onyx pelt. Rays of radiation reflected of his sharp, witty eyes. Taking a threatening step towards the human, he whinnied louder. He wasnt going to attack. Unless neccisary.

He glanced at the horses that were nearing but he wouldnt attack them. After all...they were horses. His intense watch moved back to the human. He pawed the air with two heaft hooves and then moved a few feet forward.

Bridget let her scared look fade, and an angered look took over. She stared hard at the horse, and side-stepped away from him. She looked at the mare nearby and gave her a gentle soft look.

He snarled. Her expression changed, which puzzled him. But still, he was sure it wouldnt be long before the scared look returned. nearing more, he raged up and swiped the air again. On hitting the earth he whinnied a tone; deep and threatening. Thunderous looks captured the human infront of him.

Morning Sun Glared at the stallion. Her gaze unwavering. She walked nearer to the human mare all the while, glaring at the stallion.

Her glaring bounced off him, as if it didnt affect him at all. Stepping back, he cast a glance over the horse, and then regarded the human coldly. He took another step back and then shook his broad mane.

Bridget neared closer to the mare, feeling safer beside her, she kept the same angered look in her eyes as she watched the stallion.

The angered look reflected, building a mutual hate between them. He raised his hooves into the air again, pawing at the invisible atoms of oxygen and carbon. Muscles rippled under his two-toned pelt and his hooves thundered a futher 2 ft forwards. Below him, the ground, dishevelled by his solid hooves, crumbled. The trees around him wilted, as though they were whimpering around him.
